Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Andover-Controls 30-3001-716 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ulvac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Uras product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ulvac such as the EM086716909C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FM3ALLR3EE300SSU4VWP manufactured by Universal and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KEE96BW by Manufacturer Uras as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ultramite Brand 06UCBN2A25A1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Unimount such as P63CRS2903 equipment made by Unimount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unimount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unimount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 400075 made by Unico as well as the popular 100782 original spares produced by Unico

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Y18362733 by Unimate and P63CRS2903 spares by Unimount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCB031 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Universal.
